Update 4: Online Certificate for Infection Control from Health.gov.au (24.3.2020)

*|MC:SUBJECT|*
Good Morning,

Over the last week I have been reviewing ways and means for how we can start to generate deeper levels of trust and confidence in the community by way of showing our customers, associates and stakeholders that we take the COVID-19 situation seriously.

And through that trust and confidence, we hope that trade will start to develop and grow even if it is a trickle at first.

One of the ways that I have come across that I think is effective is a course provided by health.gov.au that allows students to get a recognition of infection control like the one below:

This course is free and available  from the link below:

https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-and-tools/covid-19-infection-control-training

It is a very simple process to register and the course takes about 20 minutes. In order to receive the certificate you will need a USI or a Unique Student Identifier and you can get it for free at this site:

https://www.usi.gov.au/your-usi/create-usi

I found the course to be informative and interesting and at the least it shows the people around you that you understand what's required to keep the spread of infection at bay. If you have staff, then it could be the basis of a training session with them and then you can annouce to your clients that all your staff have completed training in Infection Control.

In my mind, it's a small building block to the re-establishment of trust and confidence that we need as a community to help us to start moving forward again.

All the best and stay safe.

Regards

George
